June 1st- Beginner Ride: Mueller Park- Lots of climbing, but very easy ride. No technical skills required. Park just before the pay station by the bridge. Roughly 2100 Mueller Park Rd in Bountiful. June 8th- No ride this week, I will be out of town. Go ride ladies! June 15th- Intermediate week: Bobsled! This is one of my favorite trails, super fast and flowey down hill. We just received the new FiveTen Kestrel All-Mountain Clipless shoe and it does not disappoint! FiveTen was able to make an incredibly stiff shoe without sacrificing comfort. A carbon-infused shank gives the stiffness needed for top quality power transfer while their famous Stealth rubber gives the shoe great traction off the bike to walk in. The BOA IP1 closure system is smooth and even and you can even adjust it both directions without having to release the whole system to loosen it. A strong, synthetic toe box gives you good protection from not only rocks that might bash your foot, but also from weather like rain or mud. The upper material is made of a nice breathable mesh to keep your stinky feet from getting too smelly uncomfortable. Come try a pair on at Biker’s Edge and see what you think! Priced at $179.99
